Future Shawn Johnson?
Rebekah has started gymnastics! Another big thing she can do now that she's three. Here she is, ready to go, although I did say she had to leave the shoes and ladybug antenna at home!
She did pretty good in the class, considering she's the youngest and the only one who hadn't been enrolled previously. They started out with stretches and then did a course that started with a front roll/somersault (which she informed her teacher she did not need help with!), jumping through hoops, walking on a balance beam, a pencil roll, frog jumps, and hanging on a bar, which was certainly her favorite!
Then, they got to jump down this long rumble path (like a straight trampoline) doing different kind of jumps.
At the end of the class, she got a crown stamp on her hands and her feet. She was very pumped! Jeremey surprised us and came to the class, too, which made it extra special.
